Privacy Policy
Last updated: TBDDraft — final policy pending legal review
This is a draft summary of how Invoiccy collects, uses, and stores information. The full policy is being prepared with our legal counsel and will be published here before we accept payments in production.
What we collect
Account data you provide (name, email, phone), the workspaces and clients you create, the invoices you send, and the payments processed through our pay links. We do not sell or rent any of this to third parties.
Where it lives
Application data is stored in Postgres (Neon) in the EU. Logos and uploaded files are stored in Cloudflare R2. Payment provider credentials are envelope-encrypted at rest before being written to the database.
